With its head office in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and three manufacturing plants strategically located in Jubail, Dubai and Accra, the company’s clients are assured of a timely delivery and on-time completion of projects. 
Systems (electrical, mechanical and structural) are repeatedly tested at stations along the production line and again in the field during and after installation.
The company has developed different types of building specifications to suit a wide range of housing requirements, from basic wood construction to heavy-duty steel structure.
The housing materials, shown in a picture, is a typical Sitemaster-25 Series and are specially manufactured by Red Sea Housing. 
The buildings are made of specially formulated composite panels and fully   insulated with polystyrene. 
This innovative product is very fast and easy to install, fire and heat resistant, low maintenance, no painting required, economical, easy to clean, cannot be eaten  by termites or insects and does not rust.
Red Sea buildings are shipped by land, sea or air, anytime, anywhere.
The buildings are designed to be shipped in flat-packed format, thereby minimising shipping volume and overall shipping cost for the client.  
Wet and mechanical areas such as bath cubes and kitchen modules can be shipped fully assembled, thereby reducing work time on site. 
Site installation is carried out with factory trained and certified technicians.
