HI-FORCE, the UK’s leading manufacturer of hydraulic tools, has announced that it will be opening a new workshop in Dammam, in Saudi Arabia.

The launch of the facility, combined with the extensive stock holding within the country, allows Hi-Force to offer its customers a one-stop solution for all of their hydraulic tool requirements. In addition to supply of Hi-Force products, the announcement of a workshop facility allows for the repair and testing of products as well as hand torque wrench and hydraulic torque wrench calibration services.

Complete with a good stock of commonly used spare parts, as well as highly skilled technicians, the Hi-Force workshop in Dammam will offer a first-class guaranteed repair service for all Hi-Force products as well as most international competitor brands. All items repaired by Hi-Force carry a 90-days warranty against faulty material or workmanship and each item is returned to the customer with an individual test or calibration certificate, says the company.

Also housed within the 100 sq m facility is an extensive rental fleet of hydraulic torque wrenches and bolt tensioners, available on both short and long-term basis. The rental fleet offers customers an economical alternative to purchasing capital intensive equipment at short notice, or can even serve as a stop gap whilst having their own equipment serviced or repaired.

The rental fleet also allows Hi-Force representatives to offer onsite demonstrations to customers, providing a brief training on the safe and proper use of the equipment, as well as highlighting its various superior features and capabilities.

For onsite bolting services, Hi-Force is able to carry out jobs ranging from a simple bolt up of a flange joint to major construction and maintenance shut down projects.
