The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) plans to undertake a competitive process to seek and select a developer or developer consortium for the construction and operation of approximately 5,800 staff accommodation units under a long-term DBFO concession.

With this competitive process, Adnoc intends to bring best-in class infrastructure and real-estate players and investors to design, build, finance, operate and maintain housing units and associated supporting utilities and amenities to be located across five different onshore and offshore industrial locations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The selected parties will be fully responsible for providing hospitality, maintenance, and facility management services. This large-scale project will be the first of its kind within Adnoc Group and will ensure sufficient housing units are provided to accommodate Adnoc’s staff supporting onshore and offshore operations.

Interested parties are requested to register their interest to participate in a briefing session at the earliest opportunity and no later than 12:00pm Gulf Standard Time on October 4, 2021, by sending an email to Adnoc.

Each email must specify the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the appropriate authorized contact person to whom all future correspondence should be sent, together with a brief description of the entity expressing interest (including but not limited to size, annual turnover, number of employees, country of incorporation and business profile).

Following a review by Adnoc, the relevant contact person will be advised whether they have been invited to a briefing session on October 11, 2021 that will provide a high-level overview of the Project ahead of the submission of a formal expression of interest by October 18, 2021. – TradeArabia News Service
