Sulzer has expanded its operations in Argentina with the opening of a third facility, focusing on essential industries such as oil and gas, pulp and paper, power generation, and food and beverage.

The expansion underlines Sulzer’s global strategy of establishing full-service, in-region capabilities to meet the needs of its industrial customers.

The facility, which spans 2,600 sq m, offers comprehensive repair and engineering capabilities for rotors and turbomachinery components, supporting customers across the region.

The facility also provides a safer and higher-capacity production facility for customers.

Sulzer’s expansion in Argentina comes on the heels of a 15 per cent increase in local staff.

The company’s advanced manufacturing facility in Jundiai, Brazil, also offers quick access to new pumps for energy, infrastructure, water, and industry.
