Modutec has announced a majority investment in Aberdeen based EOS Europe, a specialist electrical services provider for the energy and marine sectors operating across the UK, US, and Norway. 

EOS Europe delivers hazardous area inspections, technical audits, project planning and management, construction and installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance support, and international procurement and design review services. 

The partnership strengthens Modutec’s in house turnkey capabilities, allowing the group to support clients more effectively across the full project lifecycle.

 It also enhances operational reach, technical expertise, and service integration across complex international energy and marine projects.
