As global trade routes and investment patterns shift under the pressure of geopolitical tensions, energy transition demands, and rising technological competition, France and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will convene in Paris on June 18-19 for Vision Golfe, a high level forum dedicated to strengthening economic, industrial, and strategic cooperation between the two regions.
The fourth edition of Vision Golfe will bring together ministers, senior government officials, and leading private sector executives to deepen France–GCC relations through investment, innovation, and long term partnership.
The evnet has become a key platform for translating dialogue into action, generating more than 2,000 B2B meetings and enabling structured investment pipelines.
The 2026 edition, themed ‘From Cooperation to Transformation’, will focus on aligning French industrial and technological strengths with GCC diversification strategies and lower carbon growth ambitions.
Economic ties between France and the GCC continue to strengthen, with bilateral trade reaching €24.9 billion ($29 billion) in 2025, including €10.8 billion with the UAE alone.
This growing corridor reflects rising demand for joint investment and industrial collaboration across energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors.
Key sectors on the agenda include artificial intelligence, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, healthcare systems, smart mobility, and sustainable urban development, alongside broader themes of security, supply chain resilience, and strategic infrastructure.
