Swire Energy Services (SES) has rebranded to SES Energy following its acquisition by Davidson Kempner, signalling a strategic shift in growth and diversification.

Mark Morris has been appointed as chairman to lead business growth and long-term strategy, bringing over 25 years of senior leadership experience from notable roles, including CEO of Interserve and CFO of Rolls-Royce.
