Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) has signed an agreement with Arab Bank to accept monthly credit card bill payments at 50 Enoc service stations across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Pioneered by Enoc’s card marketing department, Enoc is the only fuel provider globally to offer this service from Arab Bank.
The contract enables Arab Bank credit card holders to settle their monthly credit card statements 24 hours a day, seven days a week at any of Enoc’s service stations.
In order to maintain international standards of service, Enoc staff had to undergo special training to accept credit card payments.
The service stations have been equipped with monitoring systems to heighten the security for customers while conducting the transactions.
“At Enoc, customer convenience is our foremost priority,” said a top Enoc official.
“Our latest agreement makes banking easy for Arab Bank and Enoc customers. Card members can now take advantage of the convenience and simplicity of settling their monthly credit card statements any time of the day and night through 50 of our service stations in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates,” he added.
Sanjay Malhotra, Arab Bank regional head of retail banking – Gulf, said: “Hectic work schedules, traffic, and parking problems make it difficult for our card holders to visit our offices during working hours. Now they can drive into Enoc service stations and pay their bills on time. All they need is their credit card and cash payment.”
Established in 1993, Enoc aims to promote the interests of its shareholders through the development of further downstream and upstream activities in the oil and gas sector and beyond and to encourage the economic diversification of Dubai and the rest of the UAE.
