Enermech has appointed James Compston as Strategic Sales Director in a drive to ramp up activities in the international energy and infrastructure sectors. He will be responsible for driving the strategy, pursuit and delivery of multi-million pound contracts with a focus on the global defence, renewables, integrity management and infrastructure markets.

Since 2013, Compston was Senior Vice President of Business Development at SNC Lavalin incorporating since 2017, WS Atkins. He also spent 13 years with PwC where he led non-audit services to clients including global operators, oilfield services, engineering and construction.
