Birla Carbon has appointed John Loudermilk as CEO, Birla Carbon. He will lead all aspects of the global supplier of carbon black.

Loudermilk is a seasoned leader in the chemicals industry with more than 30 years of experience, including 16 years in the carbon black business and over 10 years with the Aditya Birla Group.

He joined the carbon black business as Director, Global Operations, in 2005. In 2008, he was appointed Vice-President, Global Operations, with the responsibility for global manufacturing facilities, corporate engineering, quality, and six-sigma.
