The Canadian Medical Centre (CMC) offers world-class medical and emergency services to a majority of Saudi Arabia's oil and gas companies, both onshore and offshore.
It claims to be the first medical company in the Kingdom that specialises in emergency services and has been in operation since 2008.
These services are provided across the Kingdom, including remote and difficult environments, through three medical centres in the Eastern Province: Khobar, Dammam, and Abqaiq. It is a preferred partner for Saudi Aramco, and as a listed company, CMC is aligned with the Saudi Vision 2030.

CMC’s centres have medical clinics that cover all medical specialties, including pediatrics, internal medicine, eye clinic, ear, nose and throat clinic, general medicine, emergency department, radiology department, and laboratory services.
The centre performs all the necessary medical examinations—crane operator, pulmonary function testing, audiography, and drug tests—for oil rig workers as per Aramco requirements and other universally recognised physical examinations, developed for purpose, specifically Oil and Gas UK (OGUK), MedFit and MedTrack.
Qualified and well-trained medical professionals allow CMC to respond promptly to emergencies.

Air evacuation is done depending on the nearest hospital and the case.
CMC also supervises clinics that serve refineries in the Kingdom. These clinics are staffed with emergency medicine doctors and nurses who have all been trained in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
