Viking Completion Technology, a leading supplier of well completion equipment and services, has completed a significant gas storage project in Germany.

The UAE-based company, which has been supporting the global energy industry for over 25 years, has delivered equipment to Europe's utilities and energy market for the first time.

The project involved the design of a bespoke 13-3/8 inch by 9-5/8 inch API 11D1 V0-R Cut to Release Packer, suitable for the 0-100 deg C temperature range. The packer was delivered on time and successfully installed in Germany.

Viking's success has positioned it for similar projects in Germany and further opportunities across Europe, Oceania, and Asia.
