Malema, part of PSG and Dover and a leading provider of flowmeter technologies for use in industrial and semiconductor applications, has launched the M-2300 Series High-Purity Inline Straight Tube Ultrasonic Flow Meter.
Engineered to overcome the demanding challenges of semiconductor applications, the M-2300 Series combines precise flow measurement with seamless integration and optimised space efficiency.
"This innovative ultrasonic flow meter simplifies installation with reduced cabling, addressing the semiconductor industry's growing demand for compact, reliable solutions," said Bob Lauson, General Manager for Malema.
"With unsurpassed precision and state-of-the-art DSP technology, the M-2300 Series represents our ongoing commitment to offering forward-thinking innovations to customers worldwide."
Using advanced digital signal processing (DSP) technology, the M-2300 Series integrates an inline ultrasonic flow sensor and electronics into a single compact unit. It features a straight-through PFA tube, delivering accurate and reliable metering while maintaining superior performance.
Available in ¼-inch, 3/8-inch, and ½-inch sizes with minimal footprint with tube ends and fluid fittings, the M-2300Series is suitable for various semiconductor applications, including CMP, cooling systems, ECD, electroless deposition, laser equipment, solar PV equipment, track tools, wet clean, wet process, and chemical distribution systems.
The M-2300 Series is designed with sensors that provide flow measurement accuracy of ±1 per cent and repeatability of ±0.5 per cent with minimal pressure loss.
PFA-wetted materials and a straight flow path with no moving parts support exceptional corrosion resistance while eliminating dead legs, obstructions or particle contamination.
Its inline design and seamless integration offering no pressure drop or metering cutoff make the M-2300 a superior alternative to vortex flow meter technology.
