The agreement signing between AIQ and Gulf Energy

AIQ, the Abu Dhabi-based AI innovator for the energy sector, has unveiled two strategic collaborations designed to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in the energy industry.

The company has partnered with Gulf Energy Information to enhance its ENERGYai platform with exclusive industry data, while a separate agreement with Weatherford International will integrate advanced automation tools to optimise energy production.

These alliances aim to deliver smarter workflows, predictive analytics, and operational efficiencies across the sector.

The collaboration with Gulf Energy Information will see AIQ enrich its ENERGYai platform, a pioneering agentic AI solution developed with ADNOC, G42, and Microsoft, by incorporating Gulf’s proprietary datasets and industry intelligence.

This integration will sharpen the platform’s ability to analyse complex energy challenges, streamline decision-making, and generate actionable insights.

Commenting on the agreement, Magzhan Kenesbai, Acting Managing Director of AIQ, said: "ENERGYai is designed to revolutionise how AI supports decision-making and automation across Adnoc’s value chain. The reliability and impact of our models is directly related to the nature and quality of the data we train them on, and with Gulf’s extensive project and industry intelligence, we are set to further reinforce ENERGYai’s capabilities."

ENERGYai, already trained on vast operational data from Adnoc, is set to become an even more powerful tool for driving automation and efficiency in the energy value chain.

Meanwhile, the partnership with Weatherford will combine AIQ’s AI expertise with Weatherford’s Modern Edge suite, Unified Data Model, and WFRD Software Launchpad to modernise energy production.

The collaboration focuses on reducing downtime, harmonising multi-asset data, and simplifying software procurement through a unified industrial SaaS platform.

By merging these technologies, the alliance aims to deliver scalable automation, smarter resource management, and cost savings for energy operators.

Together, these partnerships underscore AIQ’s role as a catalyst for innovation, equipping the energy sector with cutting-edge tools to navigate an increasingly data-driven future.

The dual initiatives highlight AIQ’s commitment to transforming the energy landscape through intelligent solutions.

By leveraging high-quality data and advanced automation, the company is poised to unlock new levels of efficiency and sustainability, reinforcing its position as a leader in AI-driven energy innovation.
