Aerzen, a global manufacturer of blowers, compressors, and turbos, has acquired GPE Turbo, strengthening its position as a technology pioneer and market leader.

The acquisition expands Aerzen’s products portfolio for the process gas industry, offering customers enhanced customization, innovative solutions, and access to a global service and sales network.

GPE Turbo specialises in single- and multi-stage turbo solutions, green technologies, and hydrogen applications, with global references and expertise in tailored solutions.

The integration allows Aerzen to provide turbo compressors with pressures up to 300 bar and volumes up to 300,000 cu m/h, serving industries such as oil and gas, steel, power generation, chemical, and process engineering.

The low-pressure segment is also expanded, complementing Aerzen’s Generation 5 and 5plus turbo series.

Applications in wastewater treatment, mining, and vapour compression will particularly benefit from the enhanced capacity and performance, ensuring faster time-to-market and advanced, application-specific solutions.
