Greene Tweed has developed a rapid prototyping process for its Xycomp DLF thermoplastic composite materials, helping aerospace customers reduce development time and costs for metal replacement projects. 

The process cuts prototype lead times by nearly 50 per cent while maintaining production-level material and part performance. 

The technology supports applications across aerospace, advanced air mobility, defense, robotics, and energy sectors requiring lightweight, high-strength components.
