The World Future Energy Summit will bring together global industry leaders, policymakers, investors and technology experts to accelerate the energy transition.
Hosted by Masdar as part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), the three-day event will take place at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi from January 12 to 14, 2027, serving as a platform for investment, innovation and collaboration across renewable energy and sustainable development.
With the Middle East expected to invest more than $75 billion in clean energy, the summit aims to facilitate strategic partnerships, unlock commercial opportunities and encourage dialogue on solutions that support long-term economic growth and a more sustainable future.
Spanning nearly two decades, the summit has established itself as a meeting point for stakeholders shaping the future of energy systems, smart infrastructure and climate innovation.
Its programme covers key sectors, including renewable energy, hydrogen, water, energy storage, artificial intelligence and climate technologies, alongside discussions on energy resilience, sustainable growth and net-zero ambitions.
The 2027 edition will provide opportunities for participants to connect with government representatives, utilities, project owners, investors and industry pioneers, while gaining insights into the policies, technologies and investments influencing energy markets across the Middle East and beyond.
Previous event figures highlighted by the organisers include more than 51,000 attendees, over 420 VIP visits, $3 billion in business value and 302 thought leaders, underscoring the summit’s role in facilitating industry engagement and commercial collaboration.
