Petromin Energy has inaugurated its new Petromin Energy Learning Centre to strengthen workforce development, operational excellence and safety standards across its fuel station network.
The inauguration was
attended by Amr Al-Dabbagh, Chairman and CEO of Al-Dabbagh Group; Steve Basra,
CEO of Petromin Group; and Amit Wankhede, CEO of Petromin Energy, alongside
senior executives.
Initially, the centre
will focus on training fuel station employees through classroom sessions and
practical programmes covering station operations, health, safety and
environment (HSE), customer experience and leadership development.
It will also support
the development of Saudi talent, preparing employees for future supervisory and
management positions.
Further plans include
a Train-the-Trainer programme to equip Area Managers and operational leaders to
deliver on-the-job training and standardise operational practices.
The initiative
reflects Petromin Energy’s commitment to continuous learning, improved service
quality and supporting Saudi Vision 2030 through investment in national talent. -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
