Producing and exporting all types of drilling chemicals and mud liquids for oil and water wells, Shuaiba-based Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services Company is a Kuwaiti shareholder company with limited liabilities.

Established in 1996 to serve the petroleum sector, the company's products and equipment - available in various sizes - can also be used to repair older wells.

The company produces two principal chemicals for drilling - barite and pentonite - which are exported to neighbouring Gulf states as well as used locally in Kuwait.

The company, headed by chairman Abdul Aziz Al Aradi, is operated by a highly qualified technical, engineering and administration team, and handles its activities in cooperation with KPC.
