Ametek Spectro Scientific, an expert in on-site oil analysis and condition monitoring, has launched TruVu 360 Fluid IQ, an advanced analytics solution designed to improve how maintenance teams assess oil health and predict equipment performance.

Traditional oil analysis often depends on fixed sampling schedules, delayed lab results, and isolated data points, which can limit visibility into emerging equipment issues. 

These gaps can make it difficult for operators to anticipate degradation trends or optimise maintenance timing effectively.

TruVu 360 Fluid IQ addresses these limitations by combining on-site test results with historical performance data and advanced cloud-based analytics within the TruVu 360 Enterprise Fluid Intelligence platform.

The system evaluates each sample against large datasets of comparable conditions to identify patterns in oil performance, degradation behaviour, and remaining useful life.

By integrating chemistry, wear metals, physical properties, and service history, the platform provides a comprehensive view of both oil and equipment health. 

This enables predictive maintenance strategies, earlier detection of potential issues, and more informed sampling decisions.
