OEG has acquired Hybrid Resource Management, a UK-based onshore and offshore wind workforce solutions specialist, in a move aimed at strengthening its technical services capability and expanding its global footprint in the operations and maintenance (O&M) wind market.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Newquay, Cornwall, Hybrid provides specialist personnel support for the wind sector, including preventative maintenance and major corrective repair services.
The company draws on around 75 years of combined industry experience and has built a strong reputation for supporting OEMs operating in complex onshore and offshore environments across the UK and Europe.
The acquisition adds more than 80 skilled technicians and specialist personnel to OEG’s workforce, enhancing its capacity to deliver services across the renewable energy sector.
Hybrid will continue to operate under its existing brand in the near term, with full integration into OEG planned for Q1 2027.
