Endress+Hauser at last year’s Adipec

The company provides sensors, instruments, systems and services for level, flow, pressure and temperature measurement as well as analytics and data acquisition

Endress+Hauser, a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering, employs 13,000 personnel across the globe and generated net sales of $2.28 billion in 2015. Production centres in 12 countries, dedicated sales centres and a strong network of partners meet customers’ needs and requirements quickly and effectively.

Endress+Hauser has been part of Adipec since several years now and year after year Adipec has remained unparalleled in terms of organisation, participation as well as the outcomes. In short it’s an amalgamation of technology and trends, education and appreciation, processes and action, says Swati Shetty, event manager at Endress+Hauser.

"This year Endress+Hauser (Hall no -11, Stand no: 11420) will be showcasing innovative technologies which comes with superior customer benefits," she says.

The technologies include:

Digital Memosens Technology for high performing analytics: With the inductive, plug and play digital Memosens technology, today the company sets an industry standard for liquid analysis in hazardous and non-hazardous areas.

New Tank Gauging Platform: The world’s first radar for measuring liquid levels using a transmitting frequency of 80 GHz. The device was developed for high-accuracy measurement of levels in custody transfer applications and is certified for this purpose by independent test authorities.

Heartbeat Technology: A unique concept introduced by Endress+Hauser, the technology basically stands for reliable self-monitoring of a measuring point without process interruption and diagnostic signal output according to NE107.

Latest Proline flowmeter with a world’s first: This generation comes with an in-built WLAN which allows one to commission from afar.

SensorFusion Technology: The innovation in interface measurement offers the worldwide first combination of the capacitance and guided radar measuring principle in one device – benefit of two technologies fused into one.

In 2016, Endress+Hauser will also be part of the ‘12th Sabic Technical Conference (STC)’ (Booth no -164 & 165), which over the years, has become an important and prominent event.

"The Chemical industry faces many challenges while dealing with flammable and toxic substances. This, coupled with the use of traditional devices and old technologies poses potential hazards for people and the environment. Technological progress is unstoppable and is accompanied by many advantages. The extent of opportunity that modern devices & technologies present are enormous, the most important being safety & reduced cost of ownership. Visitors to our booth at STC can take a look at the most comprehensive range of field devices for the chemical industry, the right solution for virtually every application,’’ she says.

Endress+Hauser has always maintained a diversified approach towards different industry sectors, which has enabled it to manage the instabilities in the market. Continuity is held high in this family-owned business. Strategic acquisitions of recent years has expanded its fields of activities. Subsidiaries as Analytik Jena, SpectraSensors and Kaiser Optical Systems added know-how in the areas of laboratory analysis and advanced process analyser systems for liquids, solids and gases.

This extensive portfolio allows Endress+Hauser to offer proven solutions that address several measurement tasks and is fully standardised and aligned for enhanced safety and efficiency across different industry sectors.

Endress+Hauser started operations in the Middle East region in 2006 as a branch of Endress+Hauser Instruments International.
