Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection (Teledyne GFD) has introduced the PS DUO, a portable dual-gas detector set designed to improve personal safety in gas monitoring applications.

The device uses passive diffusion sensing to continuously detect harmful gases in hazardous environments, providing immediate alerts when gas levels exceed safety thresholds.

The PS DUO can monitor two gases simultaneously, including carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), sulphur dioxide (SO2), ammonia (NH3), oxygen (O2), hydrogen (H2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and ozone (O3).

Users can select flexible gas pairings for their specific applications, ensuring enhanced safety and flexibility.

The ATEX/iecex-rated PS DUO offers a measuring range for H2S and SO2, with a measuring range of 0~100 ppm and 0.1 ppm resolution.

The device’s rugged, IP67-rated rubberised enclosure and ergonomic design make it easy to use.

The PS200 four-gas compliance monitor is compact, lightweight, water-resistant, and robust, measuring any combination of LEL, O2, CO, and H2S in hazardous locations.
