Business Consultancy Scope
Contractor shall generally provide consultancy services to implement the additional SAP applications to the one implemented in phase one to meet the following business requirements of QP.

4. Sales — Products and Services

All activities and tasks that the Project will undertake to rollout the SAP system shall be based on the latest ASAP methodology. Contractor shall generally perform the Services by providing skilled SAP experts, as per the basis set forth in Scope of Services, in relation to the Service packages, tasks and activities outlined in ASAP for the various phases of the Project implementation viz:
Project preparation; Business Blueprint; Realisation; Final Preparation; Go Live/Support

Plant Shutdown Works At Arab “D” & DKADU Sites In Dukhan Fields

Call-Off contract for civil maintenance of roads and tracks within Dukhan Fields

Description: QP has the requirements to carry out Maintenance works on roads and tracks within Dukhan Fields. The Dukhan Fields measure approx. 65 Km long x 12 Km wide in area and cover 600 nos. Oil and Gas and water injection wells. Within the Dukhan Fields there is a network of service and track roads that link up all facilities within the fields.
Contractors shall supply everything required to maintain the roads on a call off basis.
The contract is planned to commence on 1st January 2005 (Tentative) for a 2-year duration.

EPIC Of Self Cleaning Filters For Booster Compressor Turbines At NGL-3
Tender No: 04/213/ED
Description: Qatar Petroleum’s, NGL-3 plant situated within the Mesaieed Industrial City has 3 booster compressor packages ( equipment Nos 6701-KT-11/21/31) all driven by Nuovo pignone gas turbines model 5002B originally installed in 1990. These Turbines were upgraded to MS 5002C 38000HP ISO rated in 2001. The machines are designed for continuous operation in a dusty, industrial fume filled atmosphere, with occasional high humidity and sandstorms environment.
High efficiency air inlets Filters, mode by AAF-SA, were installed as a part of the new machines in 1990.The main objectives of this project is to execute all the work required to replace the existing turbine high efficiency filters within new pulse jet system (self-cleaning filters). The existing high efficiency filters being replaced shall be demolished to the extent specified, before the installation of the new ones. .QP will handover one machine to a time to do the replacement activities. .Upon successful completion of installation the new self-cleaning filter and ensuring that the system is properly working and meeting the design criteria, operation will handover the second machine for filter replacement activities and afterwards the third.

EPIC For Replacement Of Adamson Valves On Glycol System And To Convert Single PSV To Dual PSV’s At NF-A

Description: The scope summary of this project is to carry out design, detailed engineering , procurement, onshore construction, load-out, transportation, offshore installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance of the work including demolition of the existing system as further detailed below
a) Replace twenty one of existing most critical Adamsons Valves at various locations of the glycol system with suitable and maintainable valves.
b) Convert twenty seven single Pressure Relief Valves into dual Pressure Relief Valves. It is proposed to convert the identified twenty-seven single PSVs so that the two yearly periodic inspection schedules can be carried out without the need to disturb the safety relief system and without the requirement of a shutdown . The conversion of the single PSV’s will require modification of their inlet and outlet pipe-work to accommodate the second PSV, including pipework supports.
c) Install and provide commissioning of new pipe-work and upgraded valves and handover to QP.
d) Provide commissioning assistance to QP
e) Preparation and submission of As-Built drawings / documents

Project Description:
The lump-sum turn key (LSTK) contract involves the construction of 330,000 barrels per day of oil and 143 million cu ft per day of gas GOSP-3 facility in Haradh.

The project also includes insatallation of a desalter/dehydrator, a water/oil separator, two high-pressure production traps, a low-pressure production-trap, three seawater injection pumps, two crude shipping pumps, plat utilities and gas gathering failities. Additional work covers the installation of an injection pump at Haradh GOSP-2

The project will support the production of Arabian light crude from the Haradh-3 production area
