CoreMarine has completed its acquisition of Brazilian offshore construction specialist BravOcean, strengthening its presence in Brazil. 

BravOcean provides subsea installation support, project management and specialist personnel for complex deepwater SURF projects. 

The deal expands CoreMarine’s service offering and supports its growth in Brazil’s offshore energy market.
