ANABEEB PIPELINE Division offers a range of thrust-boring services, including trenchless technology, and has the expertise and equipment for precision completion of oil, gas, water, power, communication and sewage projects.
The firm's thrust-boring services include auger boring, pipe jacking, horizontal centre bite boring, micro-tunnelling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD). The services include, and are not limited to, well point dewatering, grouting, sheet piling, welding, bentonite lubrication and cable duct insertion.
Anabeeb Pipeline Division operates within an ISO 9000 (9001:2000) accredited Quality Management System since 1995.
Another significant development within Anabeeb has been the further development of HDD (35 tonne to 285 tonne) rig activities. The pipeline division has become known for its non-intrusive project handling, avoidance of interruption to traffic flow and greatly improving client added value.
The pipeline division is in the forefront of providing trenchless technology and, over the past few months, has secured a number of contracts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, using the HDD methodology.
Anabeeb is in the forefront of HDD projects, in part due to the new arrival of its latest American Auger DD625 (285 tonne) drilling machine. This recently enabled Anabeeb to complete a 500-metre and a 1,000-metre long crossing for 16' pipelines for Saudi Aramco plants at the Juaymah and Shuaibah oilfields. It also helped complete a 600-metre of 30' pipeline for the same client under the Dammam-Jubail highway (airport road), the duration merely being three and six weeks respectively.
Another achievement in Saudi Arabia was the execution of a 1,800-mm steel pipe-crossing using the micro-tunneling method for the water mains network in the Riyadh region - eight crossings a total of 950Mtrs.

These services are available to the oil and gas and petrochemical industries throughout the GCC and, on a case-by-case basis, outside the GCC. Anabeeb's Saudi Arabian facilities are further supported in Abu Dhabi and Jebel Ali in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, with additional projects executed in Egypt, India and in the Netherlands.
As an HSE-conscious organisation, Anabeeb did achieve in November 2004 a milestone of two million safe man hours worked without any lost time incidents work sites since March 26, 2004.
