IBSF gives paramount importance to quality control at each stage of the manufacturing process. After passing through this rigorous process control, each batch has to pass through a final inspection before delivery.
The company has a modern laboratory, fully equipped with the latest equipments and facilities.
The idea of establishing IBSF was mooted just after the crisis of Kuwait in August 1990 by a group of engineers and marketing staff who were holding key positions at various levels (engineering, manufacturing, sales and management) at Kirby Building Systems-Kuwait. The project became reality at early 1993 after all preparatory works such as engineering data, machinery and raw materials specifications were completed and sources identified. Also, industrial licence, land and Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) loan approval on the project were obtained.
During the second and third quarter of 1993, factory building developed, production lines installed and computer software adopted.
The plant became fully operational and staffed with professionals in all departments. The first building was produced and shipped by IBSF Riyadh plant during the 4th quarter of 1993 and since then IBSF buildings are being ordered and erected all over the world.
