Kent has secured a detailed engineering contract from OXEA Corporation for a specialty chemicals project at its Bay City facility in the US.

The award follows Kent’s completion of the project’s FEED phase and forms part of a three-year Engineering Services Agreement signed in 2025.

The collaboration covers EPCM support across OXEA’s operations, including engineering, procurement and construction management services.

Kent has also completed a laser scanning campaign at the site to support future projects, maintenance and digital asset management.
