Resourcing Tomorrow 2026 will bring together more than 2,300 senior mining, finance and government leaders at London’s Business Design Centre from December 1-3, placing the global resources sector’s biggest challenges at the centre of debate.

Held during London Mining Week under the theme, “Beyond the Echo Chamber: Turning Policy Into Action”, the conference will examine how the industry can accelerate the delivery of critical minerals needed for defence, artificial intelligence (AI), energy, infrastructure and industrial growth.

The programme will address persistent barriers to project development, including slow permitting, constrained investment, infrastructure bottlenecks, processing capacity and public trust, while exploring ways to reduce the average 17-year timeline from mineral discovery to production.

More than 390 speakers from over 85 countries are expected to participate, alongside representatives from 180-plus mining companies. 

Sessions will feature senior leaders from mining, finance, government and international organisations, focusing on project financing, supply chain resilience, geopolitics, technology adoption and sustainable resource development.

New for 2026 is the Innovation Hub, showcasing technologies aimed at improving mine safety, digitalisation and operational efficiency.
