VESTAS, the energy industry’s global partner on sustainable energy solutions, has appointed Tommy Rahbek Nielsen, who has served as interim Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Procurement (Chief Operating Officer) since 1 January 2020, as permanent COO of Vestas.

The company has also appointed Anders Nielsen as Executive Vice President of Vestas Power Solutions (Chief Technology Officer). Nielsen brings more than 30 years of industrial experience from the automotive industry.
