Pioneer Point Partners has acquired Arpex, a leading behind-the-meter solar PV platform in Italy.

Arpex is a decarbonisation partner for Italian commercial and industrial businesses, focusing on on-site clean energy generation and asbestos removal services.

The investment will be used to finance the construction of a seed portfolio of 50 ready-to-build projects.

Future equity will be invested to support Arpex’s next phase of growth, with the ambition to scale up to 100 new projects per year.
