Carbon Direct, a carbon management company, has acquired the climate technology firm Pachama.

This acquisition adds Pachama’s technology and digital platform for monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) of forest carbon projects to Carbon Direct’s scientific expertise and advisory services.

The deal improves Carbon Direct’s digital MRV capabilities, enhances the online experience for clients, and speeds up the company’s project diligence services.
