CorrosionRadar has launched CR:SR, a short-range sensor solution for monitoring corrosion under insulation (CUI) without removing insulation. 

The cost-effective technology provides targeted, continuous monitoring and complements the company’s long-range CR:LR sensors. 

Data is analysed through CorrosionRadar’s AI-informed CR:CLARITY software, helping operators identify and prioritise emerging corrosion risks. 

The company said remote CUI monitoring can reduce inspection scopes by up to 80 per cent, lowering costs, disruption and asset integrity risks while supporting more proactive maintenance.
