Phoenix Contact has expanded its Ethernet-APL portfolio with two managed 12-port switches designed for process automation. 

The devices enable two-wire Ethernet connections for field sensors and equipment in hazardous Ex zones, allowing real-time data access for control, monitoring and diagnostics. 

Featuring streamlined configuration, diagnostic functions and a compact design, the switches support Ethernet-APL power class A and space-saving cabinet installation.
