Worley Rosenberg has been awarded an Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication (EPF) contract from Equinor for a subsea Flow Conditioning Unit (FCU).

The FCU will be installed at the Åsgard subsea compression manifold station (SCMS-A) and connected to existing infrastructure via subsea spools.

The unit’s primary function is to manage and stabilize the flow of liquids and gas, controlling pressure and temperature to ensure smooth, steady transport through subsea pipes aligned with the liquid handling capacity of the Åsgard Subsea Compression station.

The project started in December 2025, with delivery expected in Q2 2027.

“This EPF win solidifies our position in the subsea arena and represents a milestone in the subsea segment for Worley Rosenberg,” said Jan Narvestad, Managing Director at Worley Rosenberg. “The contract award demonstrates Equinor’s trust in our capabilities and commitment to strengthening our collaboration.” -TradeArabia News Service
