Bahrain's Fuel Pricing and Monitoring Committee has announced fuel prices for the local market for May, in line with the approved pricing mechanism and reflecting global market changes.
The committee said the new prices will take effect from May 2, covering Jeyyid (91), Mumtaz (95), Super (98), and diesel, as follows:
Jayyid (91): BD 0.233 per litre
Mumtaz (95): BD 0.269 per litre
Super (98): BD 0.362 per litre
Diesel: BD 0.229 per litre
The committee confirmed that diesel support for Bahraini fishermen will continue. It added that it will monitor global market developments and take necessary measures to ensure balanced pricing in line with economic conditions.
