Worley has secured a long-term five-year agreement as part of a pool of 11 contractors selected by Aramco to support major projects across Saudi Arabia.
The contract will help deliver critical infrastructure for
energy, chemicals, and resources, serving both domestic needs and global
markets.
The deal supports Aramco’s extensive capital investment
programme, one of the world’s largest, spanning multiple industrial sectors.
Under the agreement, Worley will provide project management
consultancy services, including engineering and design, feasibility studies,
procurement support, construction management, and technical expertise, while
also contributing to local talent development in Saudi Arabia.
Work will be delivered through Worley’s offices in Saudi
Arabia and the UK, supported by its global integrated delivery teams.
The agreement also requires the use of advanced digital
technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital twins, augmented reality,
robotics, and smart energy solutions to enhance efficiency and meet Aramco’s
engineering and security standards.
“We are pleased to continue our relationship with Aramco of
more than 50 years through this agreement,” said Chris Ashton, Chief Executive
Officer of Worley. “This framework agreement reflects our capability to provide
integrated engineering and project management services across global
portfolios.” -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
