EnerMech has secured a multi-year contract to provide topside process and shutdown services across a major North Sea operator’s offshore asset portfolio, strengthening its role as a trusted technical services partner.
The award marks EnerMech’s second major North Sea contract
for similar topside process services in recent months and expands a partnership
built over more than a decade.
The company will deliver an integrated service model
combining engineering expertise, multi-skilled personnel, and centralised
competency support.
Based in Aberdeen, EnerMech will deploy its equipment fleet
and digital assurance systems, including its SIMPro engineering software, to
support safe and efficient shutdown and maintenance activities.
The contract covers a range of specialist services,
including nitrogen purging, nitrogen and helium leak testing, bolt torquing and
tensioning, cryogenic pipe freezing, on-site machining, system pressurisation,
and flange management.
EnerMech said its focus on right-first-time delivery,
supported by experienced offshore teams, will help reduce downtime, minimise
rework, and improve planning certainty across multiple assets.
The company said the contract reinforces its commitment to
providing integrated solutions that support operational reliability, safety,
and efficiency for offshore operators in the North Sea.
Charles Davison, EnerMech CEO, said: "This award
reflects the confidence our customer places in our people, processes and
commitment to continuous improvement. It aligns with our strategy of delivering
integrated, technically advanced topside process solutions that improve
reliability, reduce complexity and provide operators with greater operational
assurance across their asset portfolios."
Nuno de Sousa, SVP Energy Solutions, added: "Our teams have supported this leading North Sea operator for more than 12 years. That continuity gives us a deep understanding of the operating environment, routines and execution requirements needed to deliver safely and on schedule. Expanding our scope across the portfolio allows us to further strengthen consistency, drive efficiencies and support successful shutdown and maintenance campaigns." -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
