Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy and the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a natural gas compression and tanker distribution station at Dammam Third Industrial City in the Eastern Region.
The agreement was signed by Assistant
Energy Minister for Development and Excellence Ahmed Al-Zahrani and Modon CEO
Majed Al-Argoubi.
Under the initiative, compressed natural
gas (CNG) will be transported by tanker to industrial facilities in Dammam
First Industrial City, Al-Ahsa First Industrial City and surrounding areas.
The project aims to improve supply
