Valentine Maritime Ltd has established, under the laws of foreign investment, its own company in Saudi Arabia.

The company will execute all offshore pipelines, platform construction, sub-sea and other marine works for the oil and gas industry in the Kingdom.
Valentine Maritime has executed numerous projects in the past year in the region, further cementing its position as one of the leading offshore contracting companies in the Middle East.
Among these are three projects in India:
The N9-N10 project for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, which involved the laying of seven pipelines ranging between 4" and 16" in diametre. The total length of the pipelines span approximately 23.8 km. This project also included the installation of risers, riser clamps modifications to the existing PLEM and the installation of a new PLEM with piling, anchor piles and chains.
The 48" oil Import Terminal in Gujarat for Adani Port Ltd. The project consists of shore approach and pipelay works. The onshore portion of the 48" pipeline spans a total of 1 km, while the offshore portion is 7.83 km long from shore to the PLEM. The project also included the installation of a CALM buoy and commissioning of the system.
The MHN & H Project for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, which is an EPC project involving the engineering, procurement and construction of 2 rigid pipelines of 12" x 16.5km long and 10" x 6.8km long. 5 nos. flexible pipelines of 6" and 8" were also laid totaling 17.6km. In addition to pipelaying, the scope also included the engineering, procurement and modification of 14 platforms consisting of structural, piping, instrumentation, electrical and commissioning works.
Currently, Valentine Maritime is engaged in the Kharg Island Gas Gathering & NGL Recovery Project in Iran for Iranian Offshore Oil Company. The scope of this EPC contract entails the engineering, procurement, pipe coating and pipelaying of 6 nos. pipelines collecting the gas from 4 oilfields and delivering it to Kharg Island along with a 24" main oil line delivering Aboozar field crude oil to Kharg Island. The details of these lines are as follows: 26 km 8" line, 3km 12" line, 7km 14" line, 85km 16" line, 73km 24" line and 73km 26" line. The project is scheduled to be completed by August 2006.
Also in progress is the construction (for Melut Basin in Sudan) of an oil export terminal for Petrodar. This project includes the laying of 2 nos. 36" pipelines and one 14" pipeline including shore-pulling and CALM buoy installation.
