Equipment for technological operations in wells and other.
Borets provides high quality products because it uses modern machines, technologies, advanced designs and does careful selection of materials, considering operation environment and specific customer requirements
Some of the key features of Borets oilfield equipment are:
*Wide range of equipment, designed for oil production from 94 up to 9,434 barrels per day in wells up to 11483 ft depth
*Substantial run life data including for equipment operating in severe well conditions (high abrasives content, high temperature of formation fluid and gas content up to 80 per cent).
*Big variety of equipment models allows to select pump system practically for any operation conditions.
The company's customer services concepts are:
*Organise efficient service for the delivered equipment.
*Consider end users requirements when designing ESP systems.
*Development and modernisation of its serial production considering feedback that it receives during continuous correspondence with the end users.
*Various types of equipment supply, from ordinary sale contracts to leasing.
*Active participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars as well as presentation of new designs.
Last year, Borets exported complete ESP systems for oil companies of Libya, Indonesia and India.
Borets has wide technological and production possibilities to retrofit of manufactured products based on requirements of oil industry workers, that is why equipment were produced taking into account specific operating conditions in each country.
Export deliveries were successful, soon there will be installation of equipment in the fields. Plant Borets controls commissioning as well as operating support.
PT Fantasi Recasembada is the official representative of plant Borets in Indonesia.
Plant Borets also has the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000.
In November 2004, specialists from certificate organisation BVQI carried out the planned audit for requirements compliance of plant activity to international standard ISO 9001:2000.
Both the productions of oilfield and compressor equipment and design, financial, marketing and other plant departments were checked-up. Auditors confirmed a complete compliance of plant QMS to requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
