BG-PCM has its operational facilities in Jubail and Yanbu located in the industrial support area, very close proximity of industries, which help to fulfill the commitments to industries incase of emergency requirements.
SBG-PCM has its designated emergency callout groups, as part of their Operation and Maintenance to attend such cases. SBG-PCM has successfully completed several major turnaround projects such as Yanpet De-bottlenecking Project, Sharq T/A, Ibn Sina T/A, Sadaf T/A, Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery T&I, Petrokemya T/A, etc.
• Early this year, SBG-PCM has successfully completed a challenging modification work in Yanpet during Plant shut down. Extensive modifications on 11 columns/towers of height varies from 30 to 78 m have been carried out by SBG-PCM which include hydro-cutting and removal of top section of a column and fixing of new section and welding, replacement of internals of all columns and modifications of nozzles. Modifications and replacement of internals of 23 nos. vessels, Hydrojet Cleaning of Exchangers, Vessels and Columns were also part of the work. SBG-PCM had carried out all associated civil, piping and mechanical work during this shutdown.
• Recently ,SBG-PCM has been awarded three major maintenance/shutdown jobs in Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery and Saudi Aramco Yanbu Refinery in the Western Region.
SBG-PCM is involved right from the planning stage and continues throughout the various phases of preparatory activities.
These activities include listing of complete job scope, breakdown into steps and estimation of all requirements of manpower, tools, equipment, spares, etc. The company also arranges manpower for job execution under its own supervision and monitors job progress during execution.
They conclude only after it brings out the final turnaround report covering all important technical and logistical aspects depends on client's requirements. SBG-PCM undertakes all turnaround execution and under this arrangement SBG-PCM only estimates manpower and equipment requirement on the basis of the scope of work developed by the client and subsequently ensures execution by providing appropriate maintenance team and other support facilities.
In such cases, the responsibility of complete turnaround planning, procurement of spares, etc, rests on the client. SBG-PCM has competent and experienced maintenance staff for turnaround maintenance services for the following:
• Steam /gas turbines
• Centrifugal/reciprocating compression
• Diesel engines
• Heat exchanger
• Pressure vessels
• Piping system
• Furnace including refracting and insulation repair
• Columns and towers
• Pre-fabrication of piping spools and tree-in
• Electrical and instrumentation
• Catalyst dumping, sieving and loading in vessel

The scope of work includes the following:
• Overhauling and clean-out of horizontal heat exchanger including bundle pulling and rigging.
• Overhauling and clean-out of vertical heat exchanger including bundle pulling and rigging.
• Replacement of finfans and clean-out of finfan exchangers.
