Bearing the above in mind Anabeeb's General Manager Frank R Lefeber stated "Our [Anabeeb's] intention is to grow the company by at least 100 field operating staff per year, together with the required equipment and support ...".

From the time of incorporation Anabeeb has worked closely with Sabic and its affiliates.
The first opportunity Anabeeb had to provide services to Sabic being the provision of services for the 'Dump & Load Catalyst of No "B" Reactor for the Sadaf (Saudi Petrochemical Company)', in Jubail, in March 1986.

The trend is, as noted by Anabeeb, that the industries in the Gulf region has been to farm out the work as much as possible, in the form of frame agreements and blanket service contracts. As can be seen above, Anabeeb is already supporting Sabic and its affiliates with this form of service contract in a number of service areas and locations.
Anabeeb feels that this is the way forward, that this is following the trends set earlier in the Europe and America and the Far East.
However, there is a cautionary note, contracts issued should be ones based on trust and mutual interest. Anabeeb's Manager, Contracts Estimation & Development Jeroen A van der Heijden noted "... that an environment must be created where both the client and the contractor are benefiting equally and working together having mutual goals, interests and objectives".
Further to the, above Anabeeb has noted that the expansions for Al Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities, set to take place from 2006 to 2008; and beyond, will require a phenomenal amount of additional labour in the market.
Paired with this the additional facilities requiring maintenance services, as provided by Anabeeb, will virtually double. Anabeeb is ready for the challenge in its growth plan as laid out by the General Manager. The next three to five years will be a telling period.
