NPCC has evolved into a major EPC contractor from its base in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), as a major contractor, has built a solid foundation of achievement in the local and international markets.
NPCC has executed major offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts for design, engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning of onshore and offshore oil, gas and petrochemical facilities, which include large jacket and deck structures, topside production facilities, pipelines and their associated works.
The company's aim is to expand its offshore capability and gradually extend its onshore involvement beyond the UAE market.
As part of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) and a national organisation, NPCC strives to recruit UAE nationals, in addition to other nationalities, who then undergo systematic formal training and development supplemented by on-job-training programmes.

As a matter of importance, NPCC is one of the few companies who have long serving employees; for example, the company has today 21 employees who have completed 25 years of service with the company.

With respect to quality, NPCC has always been very stringent in Quality Control, which it maintains diligently.
To ensure dialogue between upper management with various other organisational levels, NPCC has established a Company Enhancement Team (CET), mainly consisting of engineers from various departments who initiate a review of all facets of company activities.
The CET present their suggestions directly to the general management team for review/implementation, and are considered to be the heartbeat of the company.
