PSI Energy provides services in the Middle East

PSI Energy is a division of PSI Middle East LLC which specialises in sales, rental and servicing of high pressure, and ultra high-pressure water jetting equipment and accessories over a wide range of applications through out the Middle East.

PSI Energy provides complete engineering, procurement, construction and start-up services to the refining, gas processing and petrochemical industries, and of the many products and services it offers, the most unique are the Diesel Production Units (DPU's)
The DPU's are complete, modular units ready for immediate installation, and can be designed to be fully erected and operational within two weeks from arrival at a prepared project site.
Some times referred to as 'mini refineries' they provide a more cost effective alternative to fuels, where a marginal oilfield exists.
The units are skid mounted, and as they are compact in design (40-ft x 12-ft x 12-ft) they have a big impact on the cost incurred for on-site civil works, errection times, running costs, and environmental stresses.
DPU's produce a broad range distillate fuel (diesel, kerosene, or gas oil boiling ranges) suitable for engine or turbine use, and the heavier residuals or lighter naphtha products are blended, and re-injected into the sales pipeline.
Diesel production capacity varies from as small as 50 barrels per day to as large as required, and turndown capability is generally about 50 per cent of nameplate capacity.
PSI Energy's engineering, procurement and fabrication services are closely integrated, allowing them to maintain stringent manufacturing standards, quality control, and total installation support.
These key factors enable PSI Energy to provide an economical state of the art, efficient modular refinery.
Each DPU is provided with a detailed set of operating and safety manuals in both English and the Arabic (can be adapted per country) to assure safe and trouble free operations, and with the company's affiliated engineering company in the United States, its international staff of professional technicians will train plant personnel to operate and maintain the modular refinery.
