Aramco Overseas Co (AOC) said that it has sold its remaining interest in Greece's Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries SA.

AOC, which is a subsidiary of the Aramco, did not release financial details of the transaction.
AOC's decision to divest its remaining interest in Motor Oil Hellas is related to considerations associated with Saudi Aramco's long-term downstream investment strategy, which in part focuses on shifting overseas investment to high-growth Asian downstream markets, A Al-Gouhi, a senior Aramco official, said in a statement.
