The GCC Supply Chain, Procurement and Contracts Conference will address emerging challenges and opportunities in supply chain management by bringing together senior leaders from across the region’s energy, procurement, and logistics sectors.

It will take place in the UAE from September 16-17, 2026.

The event builds on the success of the Energy Supply Chain and Procurement Summit, which made its Middle East debut in Dubai in 2025 after a decade-long track record in the US. 

Organisers say the conference has been expanded and rebranded for 2026 to include contracts management as a core focus area, reflecting its growing importance in ensuring transparency, compliance and operational agility across the energy value chain.

The conference will convene decision-makers from national and international oil companies, engineering and construction firms, utilities, regulators and technology providers. 

Discussions will focus on strengthening operational resilience, enhancing value creation and supporting the region’s transition toward more sustainable and digitally enabled supply ecosystems.

Key themes for 2026 include artificial intelligence and digital transformation, supply chain resilience and security of supply, localisation and in-country value programmes, environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, sustainable procurement practices, contract governance and risk allocation, as well as workforce development and leadership.

The two-day conference will feature more than 35 speakers, five leadership panels, over a dozen case studies and use cases, two fireside chats and participation from AI-focused startups. 

Additional highlights include a dedicated AI and Digitalisation Zone, technical workshops, sustainability-focused sessions, a women in supply chain leadership forum and a cross-sector collaboration pavilion.
