Rapid Camps, part of Centurion, has secured a contract with Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation to deliver a 204-person workforce camp for the Jinbi Solar Project near Karratha, Western Australia.

Under the agreement, Rapid Camps will design, build, own and manage the accommodation facility for two years, supporting Stage 1 construction works in the Pilbara.

The scope includes full camp delivery and ongoing operational management to ensure safe and reliable workforce accommodation.

The Jinbi Solar Project marks YEC’s first project to reach Financial Close, representing a major milestone in Indigenous-led renewable energy development.

The venture is a partnership between Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation and ACEN, with mobilisation and planning now underway ahead of delivery .-OGN/TradeArabia News Service
