BB Energy has been awarded three additional crude oil cargoes by the Republic of South Sudan, scheduled for delivery in August, September and November 2026.

The company agreed to relax existing injunction restrictions preventing South Sudan from accepting advance payments for crude cargoes, with the measure remaining in place until the end of November.

BB Energy said the agreement followed constructive discussions with South Sudan and other market participants to address a multi-party legal matter.

The cargoes will support repayment of outstanding amounts, while both parties continue negotiations toward a long-term resolution of the remaining balance. -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
