TWMA achieves revenue increase $18.6m

TWMA, a specialist drilling waste management company, reported a 2025 second quarter revenue increase of $18.6 million and an EBITDA of $5.1 million.

The growth is attributed to activities in the UAE and increased usage of TWMA’s RotoMill technology.

The company’s RotoMill fleet is being utilised more due to tighter environmental regulations and carbon reduction strategies.

The UAE’s ‘Upper Zakum’ project saw drilling operations extended until June 2026, resulting in a revenue increase of over 200 per cent.

Construction work on the UAE’s onshore processing facility is also underway, with first drill cuttings expected in Q3 2025.

In Egypt, the company achieved 15 years of operations without a Lost Time Incident for the Egyptian Business Unit.
